JBL&G’s services include handling personal injury claims. This activity does not take place through our websites but within a self-contained, secure environment.

What personal data does JBL&G collect from you?

JBL&G only uses those personal data necessary for proper service and business operations, including:

To bring and keep the quality of our services at the highest possible level, JBL&G analyses how you use our website. We also analyse the frequency and ways in which you contact JBL&G. With this data, we try to make our website even more responsive to our clients’ needs.

To perform the tasks of these external service providers, they sometimes need access to your personal data. We only share your personal data if it is necessary for the assignment that this external service provider performs for us.

JBL&G’s external service providers perform the following types of work for us:

If, as a result of your request, JBL&G will assist you in handling your claim, your data may be included in your claim file. Your claim file will be kept for up to 20 years after its closure.
