Sara Rezai is currently pursuing a pre-master’s degree at VU University Amsterdam. During her studies, she gained experience in the legal world through various internships. For instance, she previously worked at a law firm specialising in private law and supported the legal team of Dienst Belastingen Gemeente Amsterdam. After becoming acquainted with different areas of law, Sara came to the conclusion that private law appeals to her personally the most. She thrives when she can use her knowledge and empathy for people and society, and her heart lies in the pursuit of justice and helping aggrieved people. This was decisive for her in choosing to work at JBL&G so that she can do her bit for a just society.
