Mr Frans Overkleeft graduated as a master of law at Erasmus University Rotterdam in 2004. In 2005, he joined a legal expenses insurer as a personal injury lawyer. In this position, he enthusiastically advised and assisted personal injury victims. At the end of 2013, he joined a renowned personal injury firm as a personal injury expert to further specialise in severe injury cases. In 2016, a merger led to a new challenge: he took on a new role as manager of the medium injury department. In this position, he enjoyed supervising inexperienced colleagues and was partly responsible for quality improvement. This management position expanded into the Light Injury, Material Damages and Legal Advice departments. After almost seven years, a new challenge came his way: JBL&G was looking for a branch manager and NIVRE Register-Expert for its new Rotterdam office. An opportunity he grasped with both hands, because JBL&G’s objective of striving for the best result for the victim at all times, both in the quality of service and customer satisfaction, fits seamlessly with Frans’s motto: “Making the best of it together after an accident.”
